Orders

Placing an order is simple:

  • Browse our shop and add items to your cart
  • Click the cart icon and proceed to checkout
  • Fill in your shipping details and select your state
  • Transfer the total amount to our bank account
  • Upload your payment receipt and confirm the order

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking update. You can also check your order status by:

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that window, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us or send a WhatsApp message to +234 903 334 4860 immediately if you need to make changes.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we'll contact you via email or WhatsApp to offer alternatives. You can choose to wait for restock, select a different item, or receive a full refund.

Shipping

We currently deliver across Nigeria. Delivery fees vary by state and are calculated automatically at checkout when you select your state.

Delivery fees depend on your location:

  • Lagos: Free delivery
  • Ogun: ₦2,000
  • Oyo, Osun, Ondo: ₦2,500
  • Ekiti: ₦3,000
  • Abuja (FCT): ₦3,500
  • Other states: ₦2,500

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days
  • South-West states: 2–4 business days
  • Abuja & other states: 3–5 business days

Please allow extra time during public holidays and peak periods.

All orders are carefully packaged in discreet, unmarked packaging for your privacy. Items are wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We currently only ship within Nigeria. We're working on expanding to international delivery. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we launch international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags and packaging intact. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, and bodysuits cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return or exchange:

  • Include your order number and the reason for the return
  • Share clear photos of the item(s)
  • Our team will review and respond within 24 hours

Yes! We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Reach out to us via Contact or WhatsApp and we'll sort it out. Check our Size Guide beforehand to find your perfect fit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer to the account you provide.

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. Payment is made directly through your bank's transfer channels, so your banking details are never shared with us. We only receive the payment receipt you upload.

After transferring, upload your payment receipt (screenshot or photo) at checkout. Once we verify the payment, your order will be confirmed and you'll receive an email notification. Verification usually takes a few hours during business hours.

Sizing

We have a detailed Size Guide with measurement instructions, size charts for bras, panties, loungewear and bodysuits, plus a quick bra size calculator. Take your measurements and match them to our charts for the best fit.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort, especially for bras and bodysuits. For a more fitted look, size down. You can also reach out via WhatsApp (+234 903 334 4860) for personalized sizing advice.

Our sizing is based on standard UK sizing. Different styles and fabrics may fit slightly differently — stretchy materials like lace and mesh tend to be more forgiving, while cotton pieces fit more true to size. Always check the product description for specific fit notes.
