- Be a resident of Nigeria or have a valid Nigerian delivery address
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout
- Not use the site for any unlawful purpose
Account Registration
When creating an account on our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information (name, email, phone number, date of birth)
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. Suspended accounts may be reinstated after review. Banned accounts are permanently closed. Return privileges may also be revoked independently if our return policy is misused.
Account Deletion: You may delete your own account at any time from your Dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your account is locked immediately. Security: Login and registration forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. You may also sign in using your Google account. By using these features, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Orders & Payment
Order Placement: Adding items to your cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you'll be charged.
Payment Method: We currently accept payment via bank transfer only. At checkout, you'll be shown our bank details (Moniepoint MFB, Account Number: 6327082294, Account Name: Oyindamola Adelugba (LingeriesbySisioyin)). After making the transfer, you must upload a screenshot or photo of your payment receipt to confirm the order. Card payment will be available soon.
Payment Verification: Orders are confirmed once we verify your payment receipt. Verification typically takes a few hours during business hours. You'll receive an email notification once your order is confirmed.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement via your Dashboard (under "My Orders") or by contacting us via WhatsApp (+234 903 334 4860) or our Contact page. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. For refund requests on processed orders, please contact support.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Area: We currently ship within Nigeria only. Delivery fees vary by state and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Fees:
- Lagos: Free delivery
- Ogun: ₦2,000
- Oyo, Osun, Ondo: ₦2,500
- Ekiti: ₦3,000
- Abuja (FCT): ₦3,500
- Other states: ₦2,500
Delivery Times: Lagos orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days. South-West states take 2–4 business days. Other locations take 3–5 business days. Delays may occur during public holidays or peak periods.
Risk of Loss: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit by third-party logistics providers once they have been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags and packaging intact. After 7 days, return requests will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, and bodysuits cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Valid Return Reasons: Returns are accepted only when the issue is caused by us — the store. Qualifying reasons include: item arrived damaged, item is defective, wrong item was sent, or the size does not match what was described on our size chart. We do not accept returns for reasons such as "changed my mind", "no longer needed", or buyer's remorse. Return privileges may be permanently revoked if this policy is misused.
How to Return: Within 7 days of delivery, you can submit a return request through your Dashboard (under "My Orders") or contact us via our Contact page or WhatsApp (+234 903 334 4860) with your order number, reason, and photos of the item. We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer to an account you provide.
Exchanges: We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Please note that the delivery fee for exchange shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — is the property of Lingeries by Sisioyin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without written permission

Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to device display settings. This is not grounds for a return unless the product is materially different from its description.
