Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape
parallel to the floor.
Underbust
Measure directly under your bust, where the band of your bra
sits. Keep tape snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically about
1 inch above your belly button.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape
parallel to the floor.

Between Sizes?
Size up for comfort, especially for bras and bodysuits. Size
down if you prefer a snugger, more fitted look.
Torso Length
For bodysuits, consider your height. If you're tall (5'7"+),
you may need to size up for a comfortable torso fit.
Fabric & Stretch
Lace and mesh pieces tend to stretch and are more forgiving.
Cotton and satin items fit more true to size.
When to Measure
Measure in the evening when your body is at its natural size.
Avoid measuring right after exercise or first thing in the
morning.
