6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. Intimate apparel (underwear, panties) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

6.2 Return Process

Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
